Greenhouse Conference & AGM: Corner Brook February 12 & 13The Department of Natural Resources and the NL Hort Council are presenting a Greenhouse Conference in Corner Brook on February 12 and 13 2014.This 2-day event will offer several presentations covering greenhouse operations, management and technologies. Members can RENEW ONLINE now or in person at the meeting.With the support of the Government of Newfoundland and Labrador we are happy to offer registration for this conference at no charge. There will also be concurrent sessions where you can choose to focus on floriculture or vegetable management.In conjunction with this conference the Hort Council will hold its Annual General Meeting at the Greenwood Inn from 8-9pm on Wednesday February 12 2014. While attendees are responsible for their own transportation and accommodations, the Hort Council is exploring options for subsidizing these items for its members and will email members with further details if and when available.Note that a block of rooms has been booked at the Greenwood Inn under ''Natural Resourcesand reservations can be made by calling 1-800-399-5381.Visit 2014 Greenhouse Conference for a detailed agenda and online registration.
